Who we are?
Uganda Care Initiative Support Programme is a community based organsation that was established in 2018 but regestered in 2021 by a group of AGYW and is a member of Alliance of Women Advocating for Change. UCISP aims to amplify the voices and promote meaningful involvemnt of Rural AGYW at high risk to demand for equality and Justice.
UCISP fulfills its mandate through multi lobbying, advocacy, ploicy analysis, consultancy, policy analysis, consultations, research and documentation to address the gaps in the legal frameworks.
Uganda Care Initiative Support Programme exists to ensure that rural and Peri-Urban AGYW at high risk including those engaged in sexwork have access to comprehensive, qualit and equiatble health, social and economic needs.
Uganda Care Initiative Support Programme particularly focuses on addressing the root cause of human rights violation, specifically; stigma, discrimination, limited acceess to comprehensive quality HIV, TB, SRHR, SGBV and GBV services, lack of evidence of rural women's resilience and limited involvement of women in their communities decision making.

Economic empowerment strategies are increasingly being incorporated into HIV and AIDS programming targeting girls and young women, to improve there livelihood.
Advocacy, Reserach & Knowledge Management
We try to improve HIV/AIDS care through assessing treatment needs, health issues, healthcare access, disease indicators, medication status, and HIV-prevention advocacy.
Young Women's Mentorship and Leadrship Training
Through trainning we help the under preiviledges young women attain knowledge, values, beliefs, habits and skills of the world around us.
